It would be useful to me if the work log completed improvements were written as if completed. For example instead of saying "Create Ad Variation" it would say "Created" & "Written" instead of "Write" so that you can easily copy and paste into client reports without having to change the wording.

We hoped to solve this in our "Notes" feature back in 2017.
We used something called the "Customer Sync Service" in the Google Ads API to identify all the changes made to an account (in and out of Opteo), and then auto-generated sentences to summarise all the changes that had been made to a Google Ads account.
This was very resource intensive, and given the low adoption, we decided to sunset it.
However, we're planning on reviving bits of this in our upcoming flagship release, Reports. To be more specific, some slides in Reports show "Featured Improvement Tasks" to your client to demonstrate some of the hard work you've done.
We may expand on this (eg. presenting a full "work summary") if it proves popular.

It would be great to have an activity report at the end of the month where I could show my customer the amount of work thats been done in a month. for some customers they don't understand what we do and it would be great to show them the sheer number of changes and work that goes in to managing their account
