In my opinion this would not help as after the improvement there is a sort of other factors that would silently interfere on results like seasonality, other manual changes made on account, changes on landing page, etc - actually there is a better way to measure Opteo improvements that you can do today without no need for a new feature:
Choose a campaign on AdWords interface and create a draft for it, and turn it into an experiment named <originalCampaignName>_without_opteo,

When opteo suggests some improvement always dismiss for the without_opteo campaign and do the usual dismiss/push for any other campaign - after some time check the experiment stats and you will know if the improvements are working for CPA, clicks, etc.. This is the only way to check it, so in my opinion this feature would not help.
